Originally Windows XP comes with limited tcp connections (10) . This is very useful if you are using instant messenger,web browser, bit torrent client at same time.
Run patch and set maximum no of tcp connection 100. Restart your PC and enjoy.
Note:
I recommend you to use this patch if you are getting slow speed in torrents.
